Tranter India Pvt Ltd offers Econocoil, an efficient and versatile light duty plate type Heat Exchanger. Its unique construction permits high heat transfer efficiency for heating and cooling. The product can be installed for a wide range of applications including heat recovery, plating, galvanising, metal finishing, cryogenics, chemical processing, pulp and paper, waste treatment, textiles, pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries. Econocoil is fabricated from two sheets of metal using a fully computerised resistance welding machine, which uses electric roll spot resistance welding. The plate is hydraulically inflated to form a variety of flow patterns. Tranter India Pvt Ltd is entering its fifth decade of engineering and manufacturing heat exchangers. These heat exchangers are designed based on feedback received from customers. The company has gone beyond simply designing plate heat exchangers that meet the specs highlighted by customers. It has begun manufacturing and designing maintenance-friendly value added solutions with an intention to maximise customer’s process outputs and also their return on investment in PHEs.
