Heat Exchangers, Air Cooled

Sasmith Engineering Corporation offers a range of air cooled Heat Exchangers. These are used for cooling water, oil or any process fluids using air as cooling media. This can replace the conventional cooling towers, which used water as the cooling media. As this heat exchanger uses atmospheric air, there is no consumption of water. These types of coolers are ideal for areas where water is costly and not available in large quantities for industrial use. Induced draft fans are installed on top or bottom of the tube bundle, Fluid to be cooled is passed through the tubes. GI or aluminium fins are used for increasing the surface area of the tubes. Tube bundle is pressure tested for leak free operation. Impeller of the fan is dynamically and statically balanced for vibration and noise free operation. The motor is TEFC type.
