Soil & Enviro Industries offers a range of Heat Exchangers. These are supplied as factory insulated and pre-assembled units for easy and fast installation. The reliable and proven gas cooling technology allows use of recovered heat for drying, combustion, etc. Versatile and efficient operation: dust laden air enters the heat exchanger through the shell, ambient air circulates through tubes or outside the tube of the heat exchanger with help of FD fans, causes the temperature cooling through heat exchanger; heavier dust particles drop into the hopper, while cooled gas at 160-180°C passing through an off-line bag filter/ESP; the unique scrapping system removes accumulated dust from the tubes for horizontal tubes heat exchanger; and dust falls into the hopper for collection through the discharge device. Standard models: the size of the heat exchanger depends on the gas volume that is generated in the factory. So the standard model is under specific gas volume that the customer has to indicate before the unit is designed. Various kinds of dust that largely determine the selection and design of forced draft dry heat exchanger systems. Dust varies in temperature, size, shape, abrasiveness, resistivity, agglomeration, tenacity and other physical properties. Dust chemistry and flue gas composition are other influencing parameters. The areas of typical applications for SEI heat exchangers are as follows: aluminium dust, aluminium chloride, ammonium sulphate, asbestos, bagasse dust, calcium oxide, carbon black, cement, ceramic, clay, clinker, coal, detergent, fly ash, graphite, gypsum, iron ore, kiln, lime, limestone, milk powder, saw dust, silicon carbide, soda ash, etc.
