Standard Radiators is a manufacturer of heat exchangers. The company supplies radiators and its components, oil coolers and heater cores to major OE manufacturers in the Indian market since 1964. With a dedicated work force of 130 personnel and advanced manufacturing techniques, the company claims to have a well-equipped to offer the customers a very good quality product. The company’s products are supplied to OEMs in the automotive as well as the industrial sector. The automotive applications are for trucks, tractors, cars, 3-wheelers and HVAC systems, whereas the industrial applications are for the compressor manufacturers, wind turbine manufacturers, material handling equipments and earth-moving machinery. Over and above this, the products have been well accepted for the aftermarket requirements of exports and currently 10 per cent of the annual turnover is contributed by exports. Automotive applications of the company include radiators, heater cores for heater cores for auto HVAC systems, charge air coolers (intercoolers) for commercial vehicle applications and oil coolers for the engine oil cooling, transmission oil cooling and the power steering oil cooling. The product development teams employ techniques like APQP and PPAP during the development phase.
