FRP Cooling Tower

Cooling Towers are in counter flow design to achieve optimum performance by uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer. It is made of FRP segments and is structurally strong enough to withstand various forces and impact. The fan is of axial flow type and is directly driven which saves from the perennial headche of V-belts / gear drive. The fan blades are of cast aluminium alloy, and it is statically and dynamically balanced. It is provided for maintenance and periodical checking of the various segments of the cooling tower without disturbing the normal working of the tower. The eliminators shall be constructed entirely of inert polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in easily handled sections. The eliminator design shall incorporate two changes in air direction to assure complete removal of all entrained moisture from the discharge air stream. Maximum drift rate shall be less than 0.005% of the circulating water rate. It is thermally efficient, long life, compact and aesthetically beautiful designs.
