Advance Reinforced Plastics offers Cooling Tower, Advance 2020 Series, which breaks any convention that might have been set prior to its arrival. In fact, the range goes one step further and betters its own performance. The series is a result of six years of intense, path-breaking research. As the only company to peg three stages of R&D as a crucial part of its technical process, the results are manifold. The Advance 2020 series is modern and modular. It saves up to 20 to 40 per cent energy. It uses a better quality motor, which in turn, saves power. It boasts of non-corrosive fibreglass towers and PVC louvers instead of steel. The motor is located outside the tower and therefore easily accessible through a separate platform. The company optimises investment for the customer, the size of the towers can be increased as per convenience. Modular design: these cooling towers are modularly structured, they ensure scalability that is in tune with changing requirements. The nine available models are designed to suit even the most difficult side dimensions. They come with a range of one to six cells. Fan and motor: available in the widest range of combinations. Fans are made of a special aluminium alloy. Highly aerodynamic, they ensure minimal power consumption. Blades and hubs are well-tested to ensure trouble-free maintenance. The standard four-pole motors are sourced from reputed companies like ABB, Crompton and Siemens to ensure higher efficiency, lower weight and easier availability. Munter fills and drift eliminators: these are proven to be non-brittle and sag resistant. They have a double-edged fold for additional strength and longer life. Munter full length D-15 eliminators are used to minimise drift loss.
