The Rubber Mixing Mill, URM-UDM/G is a uni-drive mixing mill with anti friction roller bearings. Construction: it has chilled cast iron rolls cooled by water or heated by steam inside; heavy duty steel casting/steel fabricated stands and apron; common bed construction, steel fabricated; grease lubrication system to lubricate bearings fitted in housing; roll clearance adjusting unit: through worm and worm gear drive clutch rod for parallel sheeting hand wheels to close the nip from one point only; and reduction gearbox. The other products available include dispersion kneader machine, grinder mill machine, mixing mill, refiner mill machine, cracker mill etc.
It has size: from 10" x 24" up to 26" x 84"; capacity (kg): 8 up to 160.
