Uttam Rubtech Machinery offers a rubber mixing mill, Model URM-BGD/W. This conventional rubber mixing mill (bull gear drive model) comes with anti friction bearings, in sizes: 10" x 24" up to 22" x 60". The capacity is from 8 kg up to 90 kg. Major constructional details: rolls – made of chilled cast iron with surface hardness 500/550 BHN; rolls cooling – through universal funnel type drop tray system for water circulation and roll cooling; stands and apron – heavy duty steel casting; bed – common bed construction, steel fabricated; steel girders/beams – I type; bull gear – heavy-duty graded CI cast with helical teeth hob cut; bearings – anti friction roller bearings fitted in bearing housings; lubrication – grease lubrication system to lubricate bearings fitted in housing; roll clearance adjusting unit – nip adjustment at two roller ends is done manually using two separate screws attached to the brass housing body; and reduction gearbox – worm reduction gearbox Greaves/Shanti make.
