Rubber Cutter Dissolver

Rubber Cutter Dissolver consists of high speed serrated cutter with rugged angular teeth rotating at high tip speeds, inside a stator, which also has large sharp edged teeth. Chunks of rubber are reduced to crumbs by intense action of the opposing teeth thereby increasing the specific area of the product and resulting into quick dissolution.

• Butyl, neoprene, natural etc rubbers are cut into hexane within a matter of few hours compared to days consumed in a slow moving paddles.
• Fabdecon has replaced slow moving paddles consuming 5 days, by a rubber cutter dissolver consuming few hours, at a leading manufacturer, manufacturing quality insulation tapes.

• However for materials with greater viscosity the above cutter can be used in conjunction with a slow speed open impeller.
