Ancillary equipments are very important for the rubber industry in order to have a smooth flow of material. Considering the fact that the main stream machines can be underutilised because of non availability of ancillary equipments, we design and build systems that work with very minimal down time and maintenance. Some of the types of equipments that we have designed and built are: Spiral Vibrating Conveyor for Cooling Hot Rubber Blanks, Hot Rubber Conveying Systems, Circular Component Deflashing Systems, Temperature Control Units for Cold Feed Extruders etc. To remove the flash from circular molded rubber components. The operation cycle is automatic and one operator can operate twin stations. The systems can deflash components with various outer diameters.
