During the sheeting process, the machine can force out the air existed in the material for producing the product without air bubble after vulcanisation. The more quantity of rolls the calender has, the more times of sheets are pressed, that enable the calender produce high quality and uniform thickness of sheets. Specifications: equipped with liner let off and wind up units; equipped with anti-friction roller bearings; rolls are specially machined to crown gauge accuracy for uniform sheet thickness; rolls heating and cooling systems can also be provided; and digital nip gap provided for higher accuracy.
