Pultrusion Machine

The pultrusion machine is suitable for continuous production of GRP (glass reinforced plastic) sections in different shapes and sizes like angle sections, ''C'' channels, hollow rectangular and circular-tube sections, solid rods, etc. The fibre and matt is impregnated in resin bath and fed to heated pultrusion mould (die) of required shape. The resin and fibre solidifies and cures within the die. Reciprocating puller tables pulls the final section from the die. Section cutter cuts section in required lengths. The pultrusion machine and section cutter operates on a PLC. The pultrusion unit consist of: creel stand, resin impregnating unit, heating unit, pulling tables, electrical control panel and automatic section cutter. The automatic section cutter is optional.
