PS/PP Sheet Extrusion Lines

Qingdao Royal Machinery offers PS/PP Sheet Extrusion Line. This system adopts a newly designed mix-smelting screw that ensures the well-proportioned plasticization. The double-throttle design for hanger- style die makes the adjustment of sheet thickness more precisely. This machine consists of a double-station coiler, a vertical or 45??steep style design for three-roller calendar, dynamoelectric or manually slightly with separate water temperature control. Inverter control for hauling-off unit is available with the synchronous extruder.
