Ahmedabad-based Prasad Machinery, an ISO certified company, in collaboration with Werner Koch Machinentechnik, GmbH (Germany), manufactures pigment doser and mixer device for plastics processing industry. The pigment doser and mixer is used where online dosing and mixing goes directly to the plastic processing machine is a product of the device is provided with a sophisticated electronic control. This enables precise volumetric dosing with +/- 0.1 percent accuracy. Sophisticated technology guarantees accurate colouring for shot weight from 1gm to 10 kg; and very high colour consistency with on line colour setting by changing percentage.
