Neoplast offers Pelletizing Heads with down stream units. These are suitable for rigid, plasticized, modified and filled PVC compound. They offer the most advanced designs of hot die-face cutting process. The spring loaded rotating blades are mounted at the centre and driven by a variable speed motor that cuts off the strands from dieface. Pellets are conveyed and cooled by air currents. They offer easy starting arrangement with hinge type mounting on head. Their production rate is as high as 2,000 kg/hr.
