Litel Infrared Systems offers a range of heating solutions for plastic and packaging industry. The range of standard infrared systems for plastics covers the following: i) PET preform heating systems: available in 5", 16" and 20" heated lengths; 6 emitters in 180/75 mm height; various options in power rating; compact, air cooled, internally wired, ready to install; and ceramic coated/gold coated emitters; ii) Web heating systems and web dryers: suitable for processing any material in web (roll/film) form; modular in construction (modules of 500 mm in machine direction); compact, typical depth 250 mm only; variety of emitters to suit applications; iii) Thermoforming for sheets and web: matrix of any size made using mw panels of 2 standard sizes - 45 x 63 x 25 mm - 400 W, 500 W, 650 W; 122 x 63 x 25 mm -200 W, 325 W, 500 W, 650 W; and intensity controllers for individual panel/zones; and iv) Pad printing drying system: typical area coverage 100 mm x 125 mm, control panel synchronises operation with machine.
