Vacuum grade polyurethanes

Vantico Performance Polymers offers a range of vacuum grade polyurethanes, which simulate rubber, PE/PP and PP/ABS, in transparent, black, amber, white or neutral systems. Marketed under the brand Parts in Minutes, these vacuum grade polyurethanes are specifically developed for use in vacuum casting equipment, and simulate the appearance and physical properties of most engineering thermoplastics for rapid prototyping or short series production. Features: fast production of high quality prototypes, for form, fit and function testing; accurate and dimensionally stable parts; fine details and surface textures easily reproduced; materials can be coloured; and reduced time and costs in getting products to market.
