The new Thermoplastic Vulcanisate, K-Prene XL, comes with the following features: dynamically vulcanised, soft touch and dry feel; resilient, low compression set; good low temperature flexibility; service temperature - -50ºC to +130ºC; hardness 20 to 95 SH A; and fast moulding cycles. Applications: industrial and automotive - grips, tube, hose, body side mouldings, horn pad covers, air bag covers. Extruded gaskets, profile, weather strips & door seals.
