Moulik Rubber Industries manufactures high-quality Silicone Rubber Products, which are non-toxic and food grade in nature. They comply with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 USP class VI. They are used on a large scale in various pharmaceutical machinery and equipments like filtration process plants, bulk drug machinery, dairy product machinery, packaging machinery, dryers, compressors, filling machinery, mixers, heating and cooling chambers, etc. Key products for pharmaceutical applications are: O-rings, seals (V-type, U-type, lip and wiper seal); gaskets – filtration gasket, autoclave and tri-clover gasket, PHE gasket, flange gasket, PCD hole gasket, T-type and D-type gasket, nutsche-filter gasket, body gasket, envelope gasket, door gasket; diaphragms (Teflon laminated, metal bonded, fabric and nylon reinforced); and transparent and coloured silicone tubing, door-beading gaskets, cords, strips and other extruded profiles. The polymers used for the above applications are: transparent and coloured silicone, high nitrile, viton, EPDM, Teflon and neoprene. These polymers are highly insulative with good physical and chemical resistivity. They are also temperature resistant (-50°C to 200°C). The hardness of the above products ranges from 15/20 to 85/90 Shore A.
