Rubber Sheets

Stallion offers rubber sheets used in industrial installations for a variety of reasons, including vibration damping, electrical insulation, protection from wear and tear and protection from oils and acids. It is used for lining chutes, dumpers, hoppers, vats, etc, and to handle materials such as ores, stones, coal, grain, wood and chemicals. The sheets are available in widths of up to 1500 mm and a thickness of up to 22 mm. Lengths can be provided as required. The company supply rubber sheets in natural rubber, neoprene, EPDM, nitrile, white (food grade), butyl and SBR. These sheets has various properties such as superior resilience, tensile strength, elongation, abrasion resistance, tear strength, resistance to water, chemicals, high temperatures, oils, ozone, solvents and steam. Some sheets also have good electric, weathering, aging and vibration damping properties. Rubber sheets with fabric insertions and PVC sheets are also available.
