Rubber Sheets

Zenith Industrial Rubber Products manufactures all types of rubber sheeting specifically for industrial use. NR/SBR Rubber Sheets are very popular worldwide. These have excellent mechanical properties, low compression set and high resilience, also excellent dynamic and rebound properties. The operating temperature range is from -40^° C to +70^°C. The sheets are available in a wide range of hardness from 35^° to 90^° shore A, and have good resistance to acids, alkalis and salts but not recommended for use in areas where they could come in contact with oils and hydrocarbons. Natural rubber is also blended with styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) and polybutadiene (PBR) to obtain specific properties. Application-wise they are used as skirt board sheets, bridge bearing pads, shot blasting sheets, high tensile tan gum sheets, commercial sheets with and without cotton/nylon insertion, etc. The company also manufactures premium rubber sheets delivering optimum combination of tear, abrasion, noise and impact resistance to benefit user to reduce and maintain cost and longer service life from capital equipments. These rubber sheets are specially formulated to deliver the ultimate in durability and long life for high production. Special properties like high abrasion, elongation and resilience give optimum performance and reliability.
