It has gained wide experience in the field of rubber technology experimenting in the field since the last 4 decades. The prominent range of Duratuf rubber sheets comprise pure rubber sheeting, skirt-board, rubber insertion sheeting, pulley lagging sheet, impression sheet and water proofing sheet. Thickness ranges from 0.5 mm to 100 mm, width 1220mm (48") in continuous length and smoothly glossy finish both side fabrics with a choices of colours – any colour per specific requirement. Insertion sheeting with one or two/multiple plies is also available special purpose rubber sheet available on customised basis. The company can also manufacture special purpose rubber sheet up to 1500 mm width. Characteristics: natural rubber/SBR – having good mechanical properties and weather resistance; Chloroprene – excellent weather resistance and mechanical properties; NBR – excellent resistance to oil and fats; EPDM – excellent weather, steam resistance; Silicon – excellent oil and fats resistance and for high temperature up to 200°C; and Viton – for high temperature up to 300°C.
