Rubber parts

Ashutosh Engineers manufactures a range of rubber parts. These include O-rings, oil-seals, bushings, packings, gaskets, rubber to metal bonded parts, grommets, U-seals, V-seals, cup seal wiper seals, star couplings, diaphragms, mountings, rubber roll coating (with compression moulding), conveyer impact idler rings, etc, and any other rubber parts of specific requirement. The company makes over 2000 different types of rubber parts as per customer requirements; also automobile parts for all cars/two wheelers and three wheelers. It is an original equipment (OE) supplier to a number of automobile manufactures in India. Other user industries are machine tools, oil engines, earthmoving equipment, railways, cement, electrical, mining, heavy engineering, agriculture, kitchen wares, sanitary wares, electronics, aerospace. Rubber parts are made from nitrile, neoprene, SBR, EPDM, natural rubber and viton, silicone, etc, as per specifications. The rubber parts made are tested in in-house testing laboratory equipped with rubber testing instruments.
