Pulley Lagging Rubber Sheets

Affix Cold Tread Co, an ISO 9001-2000 certified, company manufactures solid and industrial rubber tyres since ten years. It was started in 1974 to manufacture tyre retreading rubber materials for hot process and later added cold tyre retreading materials and machinery to retread tyres. The company now offers “Shakti” brand Pulley Lagging Rubber Sheets and conveyor drum pulley with rubber lagging. Pulley lagging sheets are available in different designs like diamond groove, herringbone/chevron groove and plain type. Shakti pulley lagging sheets are made from exceptionally high wear resistant rubber, using blend of synthetic rubber and natural rubber. Features include: best abrasion resistant and gripping strength, superior traction and superior resistance wear life, reduced belt slippage and belt expense. Shakti rubber sheet’s superior drive traction allows lower belt tension. This lower belt tension saves such as belt, bearings and pulley lagging than if higher tension were used. Specifications: materials – made from natural and synthetic rubber; sheet thickness – 10 mm; depth and width groove – 6 x 6 mm; angle of groove – 60 x 120º; pitch of the diamond – 30 x 52 mm; shore hardness – 50, 60 or as per request; tensile strength – 18 to 20 TS, Mpa; density – 1.20 Mg/m3; and abrasion loss – 270 to 300 DIN mm3.
