PTFE Teflon Basic Shapes/ Sub Shapes

Standard Fluoromers manufactures and supplies PTFE shapes and sub shapes like rods/ bushes/ sheets. This material is also available in filled composition like glass, graphite, carbon, bronze, ceramic as reinforcement. The company has in-house moulding and machining facility, and a full-fledged laboratory for testing complete physical/mechanical properties for raw material and finished products. The standard moulded items-rods/bushes/sheets/skived sheets are available in various sizes ex-stock and against orders. The company undertakes manufacturing of finished/semifinished machined and prefabricated components as per customer"s specification. The company has also started manufacture of chemically pretreated bondable sheets and high-pressure braided bellows; and ram extruded rods in sizes from 6 mm dia to 25 mm dia in various lengths of 900 mm, 1000 mm, 1500 mm and 2000 mm. It has also developed PTFE sheets of 1000 x 1000 mm area in thickness 1.5 mm and above. The products have wide range of application in sugar, pharmaceuticals, chemical, fertilizer, petrochemical, machine tools, electronic and various service industries.
