POLYPROPYLENE CORRUGATED SHEETS

JMT Plasp offers Polypropylene Corrugated Sheets. It consists of two flat layers held together by a series of vertical and parallel ribbings with a thickness varying between 0.4 mm and 0.8 mm with an inter-space of 4 mm. It is manufactured by extrusion process in total thickness of 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 mm sizes with proportional weight yield variation from 400 to 700 gsm. Properties: high strength and light weight; excellent dimensional stability; oil grease, chemical moisture and water resistant; high rigidity gives good cushioning and strength; availability in various colors and easy printability; resistance to puncture and drop impacts; up to 75% light transmission capability; clean appearance; can be washed, steam cleaned, sterilized and fumigated; odorless and non-toxic, rot and vermin proof; gives good heat and sound insulation properties; and good hinge strength for collapsible transit cases. Applications: pharmaceuticals industry - boxes, trays, cell dividers, shelf bins, crates; auto ancillary spare parts industry - boxes, custom sized boxes; electrical and electronic industry - sensitive electrical equipment, measuring equipment for radio and electronics, instrument cluster tray, boxes; and in many other industries such as glassware and potteries, food items, beverages and soft drinks, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, office stationery, etc.
