NS Transmission Pvt Ltd offers 11 kV and 33 kV Polymer/Composite Post and Pin Insulators. The company emphasises on quality and these post and pin insulators are an outcome of the pursuit of good quality HV electrical insulation products. These post and pin insulators have excellent electrical, hydrophobic and anti-pollution capabilities with 11 kV range having 350 mm CD and 33 kV range having 910 mm creepage distance (CD). The dimensions are maintained as per relevant IEC and IS standards so that they can be easily replaced with their old porcelain counterparts. The 11 kV range of post and pin insulators has a mechanical strength of 6 kN to 6.5 kN. The present range of 33 kV post and pin insulators in both 5 kN and 10 kN variants is as per market requirements. The pin insulators have a nut and washer fixed to the stud of the insulator and thus installation becomes simple. While the post insulators have 57 mm PCD for 11 kV and 76 mm PCD for 33 kV for easy replacement and installation in similar designs as porcelain isolators and fuses.
