SFO Technologies offers a wide range of Plastic and Mechanical Products. The company’s fully integrated facility for sheet metal fabrication, plastic injection moulding, plating, wet and dry painting is spread over 50,000 sq.ft. The facility is equipped with tool and mould design capability; mould flow analysis and finite element analysis; rapid prototyping using laser cutting machine; 23 press brakes (25T to 250T); turret punch and press brakes; moulding machines (150-700T); design capability using AutoCAD, Pro-E and solid works. SFO's product range includes precision components, sub assemblies and enclosures, cabinets, consoles, etc., and injection moulded plastic components. The company belonging to the NeST Group, offers vertically integrated manufacturing services from its 300,000 sq.ft, world class manufacturing facility with state-of-the-art equipments; It’s diverse manufacturing capabilities cover electronics and HLA, RF and wireless assembly, fibre optics, power supplies and magnetics, and cable and wire harness and plastic and mechanical products. The company's strong NPI and manufacturing engineering team makes sure the processes are clearly understood from customers and transferred to the manufacturing team. This team also develops the ICT and FCT jigs and fixtures as well as optimizes the process flow.
