KBK Plascon has developed Kaylon, a Partially Crystalline Polyamide and managed to gain a key position in engineering plastics through the combination of high strength and high toughness even at a low temperature. Kaylon Moly comes with the following features: Features: improvement in wear property; lower co-efficient of friction; and lower water absorption than Kaylon. Kaylon's crystallisation is improved by the addition of MOS2, which increases the ultimate stress value without impairing the toughness property and also enhances the higher impact strength and sliding property is also improved.
