S D Chemicals, an ISO 9001: 2008 company, manufactures a range of Metal Bonded Items. Metal bonded rubber-parts are used for one or more of the following properties: abrasive resistant, adaptable to various working environments, chemically compatible, compact, durability, flexibility, high elongation, high performance, high tensile strength, immense strength, long lasting, low maintenance cost, oil resistant, resistance to heat and other climatic and environmental conditions, and resistant to temperature and standard tolerance. Established in 1998, the company is well equipped with rubber processing and manufacturing machineries, laboratory for chemical and physical testing with automatic and semi-automatic machinery, inspection, trimming facilities, etc. The company has facility of moulds, fixtures, gauges and metal parts as required. It manufactures moulded and extruded rubber parts made from natural, nitrile, neoprene, viton, silicone, SBR, butyl, EPDM, etc., as per customers requirements and specifications.
