Al Plast Industries designs and manufactures engineering plastic components as per customers’ designs/specifications or as per IS specifications. The company has designed and moulded a range of industrial plastic components in ABS, polycarbonate, EVA, polyacetal, nylon, HDPE, PP, HIPS, PVC and PET. It has supplied rings, closures, spacers, bushings, gears, lids, clamps, housings, handles, brackets, caps, connector brackets, electrical switch boxes, pumps and valve components, etc. The company has in-house tool room for mould manufacturing and injection and compression moulding facilities. Right from the product development stage it provides complete support to clients for new products designing, providing solutions for 3-dimensional designs, which help in visualising the products real life appearances. In the next stage, it performs the mould flow analysis, which assists the processor to calculate the overall production costs and recheck the quality factors.
