Diaphragms

Accurate Rubber Components manufactures high quality rubber diaphragms suitable for Saunder’s wire type. These diaphragms are also applicable in control valves, actuators, air regulators, pneumatic switches, angle type brine fitter pneumatic valves, fire fighting equipment pumps, etc. The diaphragms are moulded from natural and synthetic elastomers such as viton, silicone, neoprene, hypalon, EPDM, nitrile, and butyl and also with Teflon laminated film. They are reinforced with cotton fabric, nylon/tyre cord and are suitable for abrasive equipment’s, corrosive, vacuums, high temperature areas and other services. Sizes vary from 15 to 300 mm. The company also manufactures rubber sleeves for butterfly valves and also give a coat of polymer to the disc for perfect leak proofing.
