Compatible Eva Bag

The Compatible Eva Bag is a specialty grade polymer bag used for the addition of solid or liquid chemicals into the rubber during its processing in Banbury or kneaders. The special grade polymer used is highly compatible with rubber and mixes with it at normal processing temperatures. Hence, this allows for the direct addition of the chemicals included in the bag into the rubber processing systems along with the bag, which mixes with rubber. It forms a highly compatible blend with rubber during the addition of chemicals. Since the bag opens up only in the high-pressure region of the Banbury or kneaders, it helps to reduce the cycle time during the processing of rubber.
