WALTER Maschinenbau GmbH will present several groundbreaking innovations in tool production at GrindingHub 2026 in Stuttgart, from 5–8 May. The company will exhibit at the UNITED MACHINING SOLUTIONS Group's joint stand (Hall 9, Stand B50).

The featured technologies include ATP – Automated Tool Production, a fully automated solution for tool production; VISION LASER, a new high-precision laser machining centre based on WALTER VISION technology; and HELICHECK NANO, a measuring system capable of measuring tools as small as 0.1 mm in diameter.

Additionally, WALTER will display other machines for grinding, EDM, and measurement. Visitors will also be able to explore WALTER’s HELITRONIC TOOL STUDIO software, C.O.R.E. Panel machine control system, and customer care services.

As part of the UNITED MACHINING SOLUTIONS partnership, WALTER will host the final of the "Grinder of the Year" competition, which encourages young talent in tool grinding. The competition will include practical stations for programming, grinding, and quality control using WALTER technology.
