Piston valves

The Fluidcheck piston valve is a seatless, glandless globe valve from one of the oldest manufacturers in the country. It has indigenously designed and developed piston valves through in-house R&D to replace the conventional high maintenance globe valves. These piston valves with 100% leak tight performance can be used in all critical applications like, acids, steam and heat transfer media. The main advantages include:

Pinch valve

Based on time tested designs with superior performance, Fluidcheck pinch valves were developed to fulfil the need for a dependable, trouble-free, full flow and leak proof valve to handle slurries, solids in suspension and systems that convey solids pneumatically. Due to the absence of complex internal mechanism from the media, the problems of corrosion and metal contamination of fluids are successfully solved. The design of pinch valves is such that the fluid medium never comes in contact with the metal, hence eliminating the need for high cost metal alloys for construction of valve body. The advantages of pinch valves include:

Diaphragm valve

Fluidcheck diaphragm valves are an answer to process engineers’ need for reliable, low cost, leak tight valves for use in handling corrosive or hazardous fluids as well as air, water and normal liquid, gas and slurry flows. These diaphragm valves incorporate an exclusively engineered weir profile for positive shutoff. It’s compact and robust design with simple construction conforms to BS 5156 Design and BS 6755 Test Standards while offering wide range of material selections accommodating most applications within its temperature and pressure ranges which can be used with acidic, alkali, corrosive and abrasive applications.
