Seco/Warwick S.A. has supplied two vacuum furnaces that greatly extend range of technological possibilities to Z P H Jan Tarapata in Kolbuszowa. The scope of delivery includes vacuum furnace, VPT type with high pressure cooling system and high vacuum system, isothermal quenching, vacuum carburizing FineCarb? and pre-nitriding PreNitLPC?. Furnace equipment enables hardening, tempering, annealing, age hardening, brazing and vacuum carburising. Due to modern technology, heat treatments of charges don't cause oxidation (shine and clean area) and reduces deformations (by using of gas hardening). Supplementary equipment is a furnace, VTR type with vacuum purged and gas nitriding ZeroFlow? technology. The furnace makes possible to obtain tempering and nitriding, while maintaining very high purity loads. Both furnaces are equipped with modern control systems, enabling to obtain a very high repeatability process while maintaining a high parameters of heat treatment. Both the above equipment can be utilized for the above heat treatment process by customers from all industries.
