Right Engineers & Equipment India Private Limited manufacturers of an array of material handling equipment and storage solutions for industrial and logistics sectors. The product range includes EOT cranes, trolleys, lean manufacturing solutions, storage solutions, tool management, customisation, workstations and hydraulic equipment. Owing to the world class products, fair and ethical business practices and attitude for continuous improvement, the company has mustered a wide client base spread across the country. “When you use our solutions, it will help you ease out the materials handling problems completely and thereby causing increased productivity which could further translate into higher productivity,” says Nagaraj C M, Managing Director of the company, which is a registered vendor for most of the PSUs and MNCs.

The company, which is ISO 9001: 2008 certified and has served over 650 customers from all types of industries throughout India for the last two decades has recently set-up a new production facility to manufacture crane girders and other material handling equipment of larger capacity. The factory and corporate office is now situated at single premises in Jigani Industrial Area, Bangalore, with an overall land area of around 50000 sq.ft of which the manufacturing area is around 30000 sq.ft. The corporate and marketing office is built up in 8000 sq.ft on 3 floors.

The newly built set-up is a state-of-the-art facility and built with global standard working practices and aesthetic point of view. The plant is fully equipped with modern technical support machineries and handling equipment’s to manufacture crane girders and other products.

Right Engineers & Equipment India is backed by Demag Cranes & Components (I) Pvt Ltd (Terex group) as a channel partner to provide world-class technology and crane components to manufacture world class cranes at affordable pricing. The complete crane components like hoisting unit, drives, electricals, end carriages, etc., are supplied directly by Demag to the company in order to manufacture complete cranes. These cranes vary from single girder, double girder, monorails, under slung cranes, jib cranes, gantry cranes and many more products that are manufactured by the company, which is also the sole dealer for complete range of Demag make crane components and spares. Right Engineers & Equipment has the necessary local stock to cater to immediate requirements. The company is also an authorised affiliate for executing projects pan India. It has strong and dedicated, well trained team to execute projects simultaneously.

The newly built plant was inaugurated by Ravin Wadhawan, Executive Director – Material Handling and Port Solutions at Terex Material Handling India (Demag) on 29th May 2016.

Also organised on the occasion was a display of various products and a plant tour arranged for the large number of invitees from the trade and user industries. Customisation is the key strength of Right Engineers. The company is well equipped with in-house design team backed with SolidWorks software. The team is strong enough to study the process flow and flow of material and suggest various types of solutions by pictorial presentations making 3D views of the objects by using the software. The design team is also capable of calculating the strength of materials, selection of materials by using simulation techniques with the use of the SolidWorks software. Research & Development

At Right Engineers, products are developed after a through market research and study of on-going trends. Based on the feedback from researchers and in accordance with client demands the development of the product line is initiated. The market analysis allows the company to procure latest machinery and equipment for an enhanced productivity and supreme performance. Apart from cranes, the plant is well equipped to fabricate heavy steel super structures, gantry, monorail, etc., by using MIG welding process.

Other material handling equipment like customised dollies, this unit will also manufacture racks, trolleys, workstations, tool handling systems, etc. The design team is the core strength of the company, backed by a well trained work force of 100 plus to cater to the manufacturing business. The company has a wide network of local dealerships in various cities like Chennai, Hyderabad, Belguam, Shimoga and Hubli.
