What are the products that you offer?

We design and manufacture a wide range of centrifugal fans and electrical motors, to customers' requirements as original equipment use. The centrifugal fans are forward curved and backward curved, with outer rotor induction motors. We also manufacture centrifugal fans with conventional induction motors.

What are the applications?

These products have many applications, some of them being: barrel cooling of plastic extruders of pipe, sheet and film; for use in blow moulding of plastic bottles and small containers; clean room equipments; pharmaceutical machinery; car washing plants; and ventilation and air conditioning, etc.

Why should the customer opt for these?

There is a wide range of products from 40 W to 3000 W, with high speed and low speed motors. These are indigenously designed and manufactured, backed by a R&D team and the company is ISO 9000 certified, with a fully functional quality management system from design, procurement of materials, inward and in-process quality controls. Each product is thoroughly tested prior to despatch. The products are designed and type tested to meet international standards. Continuous development and upgradation of product performance to give more value to the customer is a continuous process. Above all, we have a solution-oriented approach in marketing. So the customer has many benefits.

How does the cost of ownership over the life cycle compare with competition?

Our solution-oriented approach in marketing helps select the right product to suit the customer's exact needs. The products are designed to meet the varying operating conditions in Indian environment. Apart from faster deliveries, we also responding faster to customer complaints and requirements. All these factors contribute in giving the customer a better deal than the competition.

What is the Company's history?

We started as a small scale unit in the year 1992 with sales of ` 10 lakh and have grown to sales of ` 600 lakh in 2009-10. The company is promoted by technically qualified post graduate and graduate entrepreneurs with 3 decades of industrial product development and manufacturing experience and expertise.

The production facility is housed in 13000 sq.ft premises with 70 employees in two manufacturing units, viz., Dynamic Motors and Services and Dynamic Air Systems. What are the company's achievements?

We follow ethical business practices to give value to customers, and have developed good business relationship with them.

The long list of customers buying our products for the past 15 years is a testimony to this. The management has recognised the importance of its responsibilities and commitment towards the employees.

The company has thus established a name in the industrial market where the products are needed.

Any breakthrough product launch that made a difference?

There are a few: the barrel cooling application; a motor and blower to re-circulate air at 360?C, for pharmaceutical machinery application; fans for clean room application; and a blower to suit cotton ginning machine application.

How is the present business environment?

Growth oriented.

What are the future plans?

To identify newer areas of application of blowers such as railways, pharma, etc; and to introduce blowers for common industrial applications.
