What are the various types of compressors that you offer?

Our main products are Reciprocating Compressors (in lubricating/non-lubricating design) and screw compressors in lubricated design.

What are the specific areas of application for each type?

A compressor is at the heart of every industry and is involved in all pneumatic operations in industries like electronics, automobile, textile, steel, cement and almost every industry. The choice of what type of compressor is used for a given process or applications is based on actual requirement in terms of air volume, duration, etc.

Why should the customer opt for these?

An air compressor is the basic requirement of every industry involving pneumatic operations. It depends on the choice and economic viability of individual customers whether they would prefer reciprocating/screw compressor. Basically the screw compressor is the latest technology and hence a preferred choice.

How strong/effective is the after sales service?

Our organisation has a very useful and effective after sales services provided through our team of trained Technicians/Service Engineers for both types of compressors. We have been able to depute our Service Engineers at a very short notice to ensure minimum production loss to the customer.

The After Sales Department is directly supervised by the top management and other senior executives for smooth operation. We have a compressor ready at the plant, which can be offered to the customer in case of an emergency to avoid loss of production due to shutdown in the machine. We are providing compressors in screw design on rental basis as well. We have our Service Engineers placed in Haridwar (Uttarakhand) and Baddi (Himachal Pradesh) are progressively looking into other areas to be connected directly with our service teams in the NCR and other cities like Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Lucknow, Karnal, etc.

How does the cost of ownership over the life cycle compare with competition?

Our compressors are highly cost effective as compared with life cycle of those from the competition and hence customers prefer our compressors. Also we have a wide range of compressors available ex-stock, which can be shipped immediately in case of clear commercial terms.

What is the company's history?

We started as a small outfit in the Laxmi Nagar area of East Delhi and gradually established the business as a reliable supplier of replacement parts equivalent to OEM quality for air compressors from leading brands like Ingersoll Rand, Atlas Copco, CPT, Kirloskar, etc. Today we are proud to say that our customers include MNCs and large corporates, which only go to prove the high quality standards we have set for the components and the business.

Gradually with the experience of our executives associated with multinational companies we ventured into a project of complete equipment, i.e., compressor, air receivers, air dryers, heatless dryers, etc., and are able to offer complete solutions to our clients in terms of all compressed air requirements. We have two plants - one each at Sahibabad and Ahmedabad where all the operations take place. We have special arrangement to overhaul screw elements of all types of screw compressor thereby making it cost effective from customers' point of view.

How is the present business environment?

Indian industry is on an upswing with a lot of capacity expansion underway in various segments. Besides, a number of plants and projects are in the offing.

Keeping in view the healthy growth of the economic devolvement, we are very optimistic about our own business prospects and growth. The future looks very bright indeed and we look forward to penetrating these high growth areas with our quality products.

What are the future plans?

We are presently concentrating to improve our business structures thereby expanding our customer base. We plan to get ourselves involved in projects necessitating large scale requirement of compressors.
