Please give a brief outline of your product range and their applications.

Masibus has established a strong project capability through expertise in embedded design, engineering, manufacturing, system integration, software development, testing, installation, commissioning and after sales service in metals, power, chemical and cement.

The company manufactures a wide range of instrumentation products that include sensors, IR pyrometers, transmitters, signal isolators, interface IO modules, bargraph and multipoint indicators/scanners, indicator cum totalisers, alarm/trip modules, PID controllers, dataloggers/recorders, GPS receivers, instrumentation panels, consoles and multifunction calibrators for temperature, pressure, flow, level, vibration, power, moisture and gas parameters.

Masibus is in the field of C&I systems for over thirty years, and has absorbed remote panel, PLC, DCS, SCADA, DAS and wireless technologies. The company has developed industry verticals like Energy Management System (EMS), Boiler Automation, Furnace Automation, Reactor Control, Substation Automation using proven technologies and reliable platform. Masibus has thus developed capability of working as system integrator and solution provider.

How does the cost of ownership over the lifecycle compare with competition?

Masibus builds all its products sourcing latest components directly from 1st distributor maintaining proper traceability and based on industry standards ensuring long term availability. Products are type tested for various environmental standards to avoid early and random failures and component selection is done based on field study of failures to ensure long product life extending failure due to wear and tear in the bath tub curve. All Masibus products have 15 years life-cycle and our record shows that products are supported with repairs for over 20 years now which is much higher than offered by our competition.
