Interarch Building Solutions Limited inaugurated its new manufacturing facility at Kheda, Gujarat, marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion journey and strengthening its footprint across the country.

Spread across nearly 12 acres (4.86 hectares), the facility has been developed with complete infrastructure, including buildings, roads and support systems, to support a total installed capacity of 40,000 tonnes per annum.

Phase I, inaugurated today, adds 20,000 tonnes per annum of manufacturing capacity, with an investment of ?600 million (?60 crore). Equipped with advanced automation and precision engineering systems, the plant is designed to deliver improved quality, faster turnaround times and enhanced efficiency.

Phase II will add the remaining 20,000 tonnes per annum, taking the facility’s total installed capacity to 40,000 tonnes annually. The combined investment in both phases will be approximately ?700 million (?70 crore).

The inauguration of the Kheda facility completes Interarch’s strategic pan-India manufacturing presence, enabling the company to serve customers across Western and Central India more efficiently while strengthening its export capabilities through proximity to key ports. The facility is expected to generate more than 400 direct and indirect jobs, contributing to Gujarat’s industrial and economic development.

Interarch has established a strong presence in Gujarat through projects for organisations including Adani, Reliance, Aditya Birla Group, Asian Paints, BKT Tires, MG Motors, Torrent Power, Hitachi, Renew Solar, Sun Solar and several other customers. The new unit further reinforces the company’s long-term commitment to supporting the state’s rapidly expanding industrial ecosystem.
