Since the last 25 years, these two sister concerns have been catering to the needs of customers across the globe. But the history of these companies dates back to the year 1933, when M/s Dhirajlal Morarji, a trading company was formed to trade in bearings . BMC was formed in the year 1980, and later, EBPL in 1995. The manufacturing range includes all types of Ball, Roller, Spherical Plain Bearings and Slewing Rings. Many of these bearings are custom made using different types of steel and different types of heat treatment. Both companies are ISO/TS 16949: 2009 certified by TUV Nord.

BMC and EBPL have very high quality manufacturing capabilities to manufacture all types of Ball, Roller and Spherical Plain Bearings from 20 mm OD to 1200 mm OD. The companies have in-house microstructure testing facility and Metallurgists who have more than 15 years of experience in testing bearing materials, to ensure geniuses of materials used. The companies have experienced teams of engineers who understand and develop the products, to meet the highest quality standards.

Nearly 85% of all production is exported to technologically advanced markets like Germany, UK, USA, Japan and South Africa. Some leading manufacturers of bearings in Europe are outsourcing their requirements from these two companies. Within the country, the companies supply bearings mainly to reputed OEMs. This includes OEMs from different fields like automobile, tractor, earth moving equipment, pump, heavy machinery and other engineering companies.
