E LECRAMA-2016, scheduled for February 13-17, 2016 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), is the 12th edition of the biggest showcase of the world of electricity, bringing together the complete spectrum of solutions that powers the planet. Featuring not just equipment and technology, but peerless thought leadership platforms for everything electric – from technical conferences to industry summits, the organiser – Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers’ Association (IEEMA) – has lined up a number of concurrent events to add value to the show.

Network 2 Networth, scheduled for 15th February, is an exclusive interaction platform for finance fraternity to interface with industry to explore investment opportunities in the electrical industry, featuring some of prominent names in finance sector. This will be a maiden event and will benefit the SMEs, who form almost 80% of the IEEMA membership. Easy access to affordable finance is one of the major issues facing the entrepreneurs from this segment.

Another exclusive event, by invitation only, is the CEO Summit scheduled for 13th February. This is a business leader’s summit which brings together the captains of the Indian electrical industry to discuss and deliberate on challenges in the power sector and the direction to shape the contours of the future power networks – a top notch networking event for top level players.

According to the organisers, the last edition was attended by 200+ CXO level executives of the Indian Electrical Equipment industry.
