Crawler drill CD-110

Jupiter air crawler drill is capable of drilling 102-114 mm (4-4 1/2”) diameter hole to a depth of 36 mtr used in open cast mines for drilling and blasting purposes. It is a self propelled crawler type drill, designed for drilling holes in vertical and horizontal planes. The drill guide, boom, controls are all mounted on a heavy duty track assembly.

Wagon drill JRD-120(DTH)

JRD-120 wagon drill, is capable of drilling 90-115 mm diameter holes to a depth of 36 mts. Used in open cast mines for drilling and blasting purposes. Pneumatic drifter can be mounted to carry out drifter drilling. Mounted on rugged box frame, fitted on wheels for easy shifting from hole to hole can drill holes from vertical to horizontal. The drills are available to handle 76 mm dia x 2 mtrs (6 1/2 ft) and 3 mtrs (10 ft) drill pipes.

Slim drill SLD-100 (LD-4)

Pneumatically operated drill is capable of drilling in both ‘Down The Hole’ and ‘Jack Hammer’ modes ideally suitable for drilling lead holes for diamond wire cutting of decorative marble, granite rocks, etc. Machine has been specially designed for precision drilling of matching holes and ability to drill holes in both vertical and horizontal positions. A ball joint is provided at the bottom of the mast to facilitate precision alignment for matching holes. Provided with one spike and two anchoring rods and adjusting screws to maintain perfect rigidity during drilling. Light in weight, machine can be easily dismantled into four sub-assemblies each weighing not more than 50 kgs thus ensuring easy portability and repositioning.

Skid mounted drilling rig JRD-100

Special heavy duty skid mounted drilling rig for drilling angular holes from 20 degree horizontal to vertical to a depth of 30 mtrs specially used for drilling grout holes for strengthening of foundation. The mast is capable of handling 76 mm dia OD x 1.5 mtrs (5 ft) drill pipe fitted with 4.5 H.P rotation unit and 4.5 H.P feed unit. The mast is raised and lower by hydraulic cylinder operated by direction control valve and double lock check valve.

Inwell type light weight Rig JRD INW- 101

Inwell type light weight rig is capable of drilling 90-115 mm diameter holes to a depth of 30 mtrs used for drilling and blasting purposes in open cast mines consisting of chain feed mast to handle 73/76 mm dia OD x 1.22 (4 ft) long drill pipe fitted with 4.5 H.P rotation unit and 4.5 H.P feed unit mounted on triangular bottom frame with three adjusting screws, controls, hoses and air line lubricator.
