Highway Industries Ltd was founded in 1971 and has had tremendous growth ever since. Specialised in bicycle parts at the beginning, Highway changed its core competence to automotive components. Currently equipped with 7 machines (6 CTX 310 eco and 1 DMC 70 V hi-dyn), Highway already placed the order for 2 more machines, while other purchase projects are in the planning process. With the CTX 310 eco machines, Highway is able to do all necessary steps for the flanges in one set-up, since the CTX 310 eco V3 are able to do turning, drilling and tapping at once, without changing the tool handling. So DMG/MORI SEIKI provided a full turn-key solution to ensure the required machining process, which reduces time and keeps the precision.
