Brushless DC power rollers for roller conveyors represent a new solution in logistics transportation systems

Intelligent Control Card

The Intelligent Control Card for DC brushless motor power roller is specially designed for automatic transmission systems, offering smooth, quiet, and highly effective control of the application. The intelligent control card is RoHS compliant and provides high performance, easy setting, high reliability and low maintenance.

The intelligent control card has 24 DIP switches. Along with a photo-sensor, it facilitates zero pressure accumulation taking care of applications such as accumulation, singulation, long box detection, back to back detection, lost box detection, jam detection, run-hold timer, etc., for accident prevention, torque variations for ascending/ descending applications. The DIP switches also control the direction of rotation of the motor, motor speed selection and control, material flow direction changing. It also has a built-in temperature/ voltage/ current/ short circuit/ motor overheating protection system.

Modular Conveyors and systems

WWL also designs and supplies modular conveyors and systems depending on customer applications. Up to 60 m/min speed, WWL pop-up wheel diverter with non-pneumatic design performs smoothly, fast, and with high safety.
