The minute size of a micron is beyond the human eye, but in becoming even more precise and moving from micrometres to nanometres, ANCA will offer the highest accuracy and quality in a cutting tool in the market.  The key to the production process in a large volume production environment is tool accuracy and consistency. The total tool runout compensation maintains the runout of cutting tools under a few microns from start to finish. The industry-first LaserUltra, capable of in-process measurement and compensation to +/-0.002mm ensures your entire production is within the specified tolerance. Motor Temperature Control (MTC) is a patented invention that uses a smart control algorithm to actively manage and maintain the temperature of motorised spindles. Together, these provide a fully versatile solution that gives total confidence in producing high quality cutting tools for the most demanding requirements.

Capable of achieving a surface finish better than 0.2Ra with run out of less than 2 microns, CPX Linear - the four axes grinder for grinding tool blanks - complements ANCA’s full machine range. The CPX Linear has a large working envelope and powerful grinding spindles to achieve the highest precision and productivity for blank preparation in the market today. Using the pinch peel method of grinding it offers the same strength, rigidity and thermal stability expected from an ANCA tool grinder.

ANCA's ToolRoom software provides industry renowned tool design flexibility, from the simplest to the most challenging tasks. With the benefit of over 40 years of grinding knowledge, ToolRoom ensures that ANCA grinder will efficiently handle any manufacturing or regrinding challenge. Flexibility is further enhanced by the fact that ANCA develops all aspects of the machine in house - from the CNC control system and application software to the machine and its accessories. This allows for special software to be developed to suit unique needs of the customers.
