Wet flue gas cleaning systems
Andritz Energy & Environment offers limestone flue gas desulphurisation (FGD) scrubbers with high reliability and availability. This basic technology has been enhanced (FGDplus) to provide the most modern cleaning technology available.
The latest process innovations such as the FGDplus system, demonstrate the leading role Andritz plays in the air pollution control systems sector. In addition, the company offers an integrated mercury control system for the whole process chain, downstream of a boiler system.
Dry flue gas cleaning systems
Andritz's dry flue gas cleaning system TurboSorp is a well proven one-step cleaning solution with very compact design. The company also builds special lime or sodium bicarbonate dry sorption reactors for absorptive cleaning process.
SCR DeNOx systems
Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology is used for the de-nitrification of flue gas, both as high-dust and as tail-end configurations. Dioxins and furans can also be decomposed with SCR tail-end configuration.
Sea water flue gas cleaning systems
Andritz Energy & Environment offers seawater flue gas desulphurization (FGD) scrubbers with high efficiency, reliability and availability, at a low installation and O&M cost.
Combined/multi-stage flue gas cleaning systems
