All products are fabricated out of best grade steel, then they are given stove enamelled, oven baked and powder coating as per the required colour and need.  For long life and protection from corrosion, all steel components are given a thorough anti-rust treatment. This is 4 steps, 8 zone process, which includes degreasing, rinsing, phospating and DM water rinsing.

 

Ajooni has well established quality testing methods at all 3 stages; for raw material, in-process and final product. This ensures that all the manufactured products conform to standards of finest quality. To avoid any transit damages, the finished components are packaged and are carefully transported to reach site, in factory condition and good quality.
