LubeRight from Antimu Engg. is a computerised manual lubrication system with an integrated hardware and software.

Compared to traditional manual lubrication this system offers the following advantages:

• It enables an exact dosage to each lubrication point.
• An integrated measuring device measures every amount of grease being fed to the lubrication point.
• It verifies each dosage for every lubrication point.
• It tracks historical lubrication activity for individual lubrication points.

Working

Each lubrication point is equipped with a passive transponder. The in-built chip in the transponder has a unique identification number, which allows the grease meter to identify the lubrication point. The amount required to be lubricated at that point is digitally displayed on the grease meter. The value reduces as the grease flows through the meter and gives a blinking light indication once the value reaches zero.

The grease meter records and stores the actual amount of lubrication, after the lubrication round, the data is transferred into the PC. The computer program will show where greasing has been done, where greasing has been missed, where the point is over-lubricated and where it has been under-lubricated highlighted in different colors.

The lubeRight comprises of 3 parts: the grease meter; the transponders; the computer software

Grease meter

It is connected to the grease gun or the grease pump. Digital grease meter with antenna for communication with lubrication nipples. The grease meter has an oval gear mechanism for the measurement. The meter can be calibrated according to the viscosity of the oil and show the grease amounts in cm3, gram, oz. or fl.oz. The display is equipped with a back-light for dark working conditions.

Lubrication nipple with transponder

The transponder is placed under the nipple. The transponder has a unique number that the grease meter identifies. The lubrication nipple, stiffening plate and locking ring in acid proof steel. The transponder is epoxy.

Computer software

The Assalub Luberight software monitors and keeps records of the lubrication done. Lubrication can be planned a year or two years in advance. It gives the user an estimation of the amount of grease required for a particular lubrication point (based on the bearing’s width, type, diameter and interval of greasing) with its feature called 'calculation help'. The transponder ID is shown clearly in the software. A name and a group can be provided so as to personalise the transponder as per the user.
